Dave Gillot is one of the first male volunteers
that held the position of cheerleader coordinator for the Mountaineer Youth
Football Conference in West Virginia. He has done and outstanding job for
the conference, not only as the cheer coordinator but also as its chief
fund-raiser. He is also a public relations rep for the conference and has
appeared on talk radio to promote the programs of the conference. The
conference president, Randal Workman, has said, "that if I look up the word
'volunteer' in the dictionary, I know I would find Dave's picture there."
