About us

Football Financial Aid is a "Giving Back" program created and administered by American Youth Football (AYF,) a 501(c)(3) central organization non-profit corporation and national youth partner of the National Football League (NFL.)

American Youth Football was incorporated in 1996 and since its inception has proudly distributed in excess off $11,000,000.00 of benefits to deserving youth football and cheer programs throughout the United States, Canada, Mexico and Western Europe.

American Youth Football believes that the opportunity to play football should be available to every youth and that they should all be afforded the opportunity to do so in a safe, properly equipped and rewarding manner, irrespective of their ability to bear the financial cost of participation. As it is football is one of the most expensive sports to play based on the cost of equipment, insurance, referees and the availability of safe properly kept and marked football fields. Our ultimate goal is free football for all those who want to play the game, with booster associations, communities, government, corporations and benefactors bearing the costs.
