    FOOTBALL

    American Youth Football and Cheerleading; Oct. 10 and Oct. 11, 5:30 p.m.to 7 p.m. registration for tackle football; sign up at baseball field No. 2 concession stand behind Milner Stadium in Gulfport; $10 for football, $25 for cheerleading; age groups are 5-6 (Mitey Mites), 7-8 (Jr. PeeWee), 9-10 (Pee Wee) and 11-14 (Midgets); will play regular season in October and November with December championship games; call Ray Ladner, 864-5908.
